Recipe: For shrimp and vegetables: 1.5lb - Shrimp, shelled and deveined 4 ea - Carrots, julienned 1 ea - Zucchini, diced 2 ea - Yellow Squash, diced 2 ea - Broccoli Crowns, cleaned Noodles of your choice For Broth: 1 stalk - Lemongrass 1 Tbsp - Ginger, minced 3 cloves - Garlic, minced 2 ea -Scallion, sliced 1 ea - Dried Chili, whole 2 stalks - Celery small, diced 2 Tbsp - Cilantro, Chopped 1 ea - Lime, squeezed for juice Water - enough to come up to the bottom of your steaming device 1 Tbsp - Hoisin Sauce 1 Tbsp - Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp - Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek) 2-3oz - Coconut Milk, optional
