    which cooking oil is best for low cal healthy life style?

    Okay, I know that no cooking oil is 100% healthy. However my b/f is latino and I want to make him tacos and pan fry the tortillas. He’s not on the low cal I am lol anyway, which oil should I buy at the store today? I don’t care as much for price as I do for which one is best for my health. Thanks :)
