Suggestions for hands-on Italian Cooking Class in Washington DC?

Looking for a hands-on class to take with my girlfriend. I’ve searched around the internet alot and haven’t found too much. La Academie de Cuisine would be great except their menu options aren’t what I’m looking for. Ideas please?
I’m looking for classic but traditional italian cuisine - lasagna, risotto, gnocchi, tiramisu, etc.

Check out Junior Colleges in your area, many have some cooking classes available, or can direct you to other venues.

Cooking Pork In Rotisserie?

Im going to be cooking some pork for my friend in a few days, and i want it to be good. Im planning on brining it in an onion brine for a few hours, then im going to throw it into the rotisserie for a bit with some herbs, and olive oil, anyone have a good pork loin recipe? Also i need to know around how long to cook it. I want it to just fall apart, so i assume it will need to cook a long time, which is fine. My rotisserie has 5 different heat settings, 5 being the hottest, and 1 being coolest. How long, and what setting would you suggest. Any tips? Thanks!

You have a good idea on how to season the loin. The temp would be 3 on your oven. I would cook for about 2 1/2 half three hours. Continuously basting with the juices. To have it fall apart. You said you’ll add herbs. I assume Rosemary and garlic are the main ones. Good Luck, sounds delicious !
