how to do groceries the healthy way with a picky eater at home?

im trying to loose weight…..and my b.f is not. is there a list of healthy stuff i can buy at the supermarket that wont disrupt how he eats either? or should i start cooking healthy for the both of us? he hates steamed veggies and i love em. i also don’t wanna go out of my way to cook him something totally different. please help.

    Need a good recipe for healthy cooked pork chops?

    Had thought of my own recipe but partner says they want healthy..???

        Nature's Valley Oats and Honey Granolla bars for cooking?

        Hi everyone,
        I’m 26 years old, work full time, house cleaner, and the cook of the house as well =) I’m always looking for new recipes and creating my own healthy recipes for my fiancee and I. I’m a very healthy cook and I was wondering what you guys thought of this idea… I want to take Nature’s Valley Oats and Honey Granolla bars ( I love them) and crush them very finely. I want to dip chicken in egg and then coat it with Nature’s Valley Oats and Honey Granolla bars and bake it. What do you think? Thanks

          How do you find time to cook healthy meals with a newborn?

          I am 34 weeks pregnant, i realize it will be a lot of work with a newborn but i’m really not sure how much time in the day you have to do anything else?

          Other mothers how did you find time to cook healthy meals, i don’t want to eat junk food for breakfast lunch and dinner because its easy to grab.

          Please give me some tips!
