Please, I plan on finding some tomorrow.
Do you soak them in salt water to debug them?
no need to salt them, just wash it and pat it dry with a clean towel. Alsoe, use the towel to lightly scrub the mushrooms. and if you can, lightly brush it to remove dirt.
1 pound pork cutlets, cut very thin
2 cups morel mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup of your favorite brown sauce(gravy)
to taste salt and pepper
Take your pork cutlets and trim the fat off and pound them out. Melt the butter in a saute pan and add the cutlets and mushrooms. Saute two minutes, then add the white wine and cook 30 seconds. Add the brown sauce and finish with a little whole butter.

I want to do something VERY out of the ordinary and cook something nice for my wife. I wanted to know if there are any good recipies that I could follow. We love italian, mexican, and of course american food. I need for it to be easy but satisfiying also. Please give me recommendations and if there is a link to a recipie that you liked please send it to me. Thank you ladies and gents.
Spaghetti is the easiest thing in the world to make.
Boil water in a medium sized pan w/ a pinch of salt
Put the spaghetti in (whole spaghetti about 1 lb)
Let it boil for about 15-20 minutes stirring every so often.
Get a pepperidge farm garlic bread (follow the directions on the back)
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water out. Add a large jar of Prego spaghetti (w/ meatsauce)
Once the garlic bread is done, cut it into nice pieces.
Don’t forget to pick up a bottle of red wine and an old favorite movie.
What a sweet guy you are!
