I’ve been doing that, for a long time. I divide it into however many servings I want; then just thaw each one out, as I need it.

Sure - I do it all the time. Cool the turkey (don’t put hot turkery in the freezer) first, put it in freezer proof containers and use it within 3 months.

you sure can! it helps when you need a meal later on…thats how they make the frozen dinners, they cook and then freeze…

After Thanksgiving I put the turkey and some juice or gravy in a seal a meal bag and froze it. Putting the turkey in an air tight bag will keep it from drying.
