		<description>i would recommend Salad with Sundried tomatoes and Smoked Salmon with extra virgin olive oil dressing. Just a pinch of salt, dash of mix herbs (your choice), black pepper and squeeze of half lemon. And you can have it with sandwiched with whole grain bread. Yummy!!
