Has anyone tried the Nigella ‘Brined Turkey’ recipe for preparing and cooking a turkey?

I bought her new christmas book and having seen her prepare this on tv some time ago decided to try it out so yesterday i did the soaking bit and today cooked the best Turkey ever!

good, i’m coming to yours for christmas dinner, hope you got strawberry cheescake for afters, and the cracker jokes should be a blast
