Orange juice makes a good marinade for beef. put steak in plastic bag with half of and half water and put in fridge overnight. charcoal will make a much better flavor. pile the charcoal in center of grill, squirt lighter fluid all over them and light. once all the coals turn a white gray color they are ready. use a metal spatula or something to move the coals evenly on bottom of grill. grill steaks till desired doneness. keep in mind that the more you flip it the tougher it will be. good luck!
References :
I am going to ask you this. What do you want to taste, the steak or the marinade?

1. My steak is minimum size 3/4" I prefer 1" to 1 1/2".

2. I just season both sides with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

3. I just picked up 10 rib steaks, (bone on) at $4.89lb on special, I could not tell you what prices you will pay where you are, but I would look close at at least $10lb.

4. Do not know of them sorry, couldn't honestly tell you.

5. For the best flavor, charcoal, always!!!

Yo do not have to be Einstein to cook on a charcoal grill. Make sure your coals have an even heat, and you do not need to use a whole bag of charcoal.

Once hot, make sure your cooking surface/grate is clean and oiled. Add steak to the grate. For me, I like it 3 to 4 minutes one side, and 2 to 3 minutes on the other. Plate it, nice salad, a nice glass of my favorite wine, or a ice cold beer.

There you go.

marinade : red wine, crush 2 garlic cloves ,add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder ,a dash of soy sauce ,mix together add steak of your choice ,( I personally recommend rib eye ) to stand for 1 hr. turn over to make sure it is well covered ,allow to stand a further hour ,strain ,preheat your b.b.q. charcoal is the most recognised ,lightly oil the plate ,place steak on leave until the juice within the steak just starts to come to the surface ,turn over and this action seals in the flavours of the beef ,allow to sizzle ,if you want rare push gently on the meat with your finger ,if it is soft to touch its rare ,turn steak over again feel if it is slightly firm its on the way to medium ,to well done ,bear in mind that when you remove the meat from the grill ,its own heat keeps cooking the meat ,so basically if its to be eaten straight away , grill to plate " bingo " way to go
References :
grill cook
