It sounds like you're preparing it in the most enjoyable way to eat them. As long as you add some salt and pepper.

I know some people make egg white omlettes. I tried to make one the other day and failed miserably!. It tasted awful without the yolk!

What about frying it and putting it on toast? Like you would with an egg cooked over easy but just without the yolk?
References :
Make Scrambled egg whites

Crack the eggs carefully over a bowl, keep the yolk in the shell. Once you have the whites in the bowl(you can add a little water to make them fluffier,)Stir them and put a little Pam cooking spray in the pan,add the Egg whites to pan, using a wooden spoon keep stirring the eggs toward the center until they are cooked.
References :
separate the yolks from the whites than scramble the whites with Molly McButter (plain or cheese flavor) and season with Mrs. Dashes. The eggs will taste good and add no fat and only 5 cal.
You can save the yolks for a cake mix or if you have a pet mix them with cat or dog food for them.
References :
my kitchen

scrambled! Just use pam cooking spray in the pan instead of butter--- use the original PAM-- it has 0 calories and 0 fat etc.

This is how I grew up making scrambled eggs/ omelettes-- for seasoning use a sprinkling of salt, pepper, and dill weed (sounds weird i know but its a good spice) ....and an FYI spices have no calories so don't worry about that!

Also-- to add some extra color/ flavor ( it is proven that to be completely satisfied all SENSES must be appealed to... even vision for example-- so to add color and some extra body or whatever try chopping in some red and green bell peppers--they have like no calories!...and some mushrooms... mmmm

these things will ad like no calories i promise
References :
lots of diet research and experience with restrictive and low calorie dieting!

Well, sunny side requires the yolk. You should be able to cook the whites in the microwave for about three minutes. You can also buy egg substitutes that have very little yolk in them. Season them with salt an pepper.
References :
Spray a pan with some pam, scramble the egg whites with some onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and any kind of veggie that you want. This is much tastier then hard cooked egg whites. BTW the veggies have practically zero calories, so use as much as you want of these.
References :
Spice them up and add some sauteed veggies.

Note: This is the Weight Watcher's method of fixing eggs. You can add almost any non-starchy veggie to the eggs as they add few calories but lots of flavor. Some ideas include mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, onions or minced garlic. Scramble the eggs or make an egg white omelet using the egg whites.
