I would cook it completely and transport it warm… You don’t want any of the uncooked bird to sit between 140° and 160°f too long because those pesky bacteria love to grow at those temperatures.

Let’s all get through Thanksgiving and leave the food poisoning to the Jack-in-the-Box people.

I would fully cook and the place in the over to reheat once you get there…..if you take it out righ before you leave and cover, it might even still be mostly warm when you arrive…so it should not take to long…..

I don’t think is a smart idea to partially cook and then finish over at some other time. this for 2 reasons 1) is a food safety hazard and 2) it will most likely make your turkey very dry.

*** I recomend to cook it maybe short of 10* of reaching the desired temperature of 180* ( so cook it to 168*/170*) then take it out and put on one of those oven bags and on an igloo coller
(which in this case will conserve the heat instead). Then in those 30 minutes of travel, the bird will reach the desired temperature and also once you get there it still be hot enough to serve.
*** I will also suggest to cook the stuffing aside ***
