If you are baking or using a baking mix the oil can be substituted by applesauce….

I often make pancakes with a mix and use 1/2 cup of applesauce or a smashed ripe banana in place of the oil….

You can also do the same with a box cake mix !

      Good luck

It’s butter, I read it on an article once.
Google it and you can probably learn more about it.
And I would only use it for baking because, I’m not sure if it would taste good with your chicken or baked ziti.
Good Luck with your baking hun!
