Alcohol evaporates when cooked and heated. When people add wine into their cooking it is solely for added flavor.

You don’t have to …
You don’t have to add it if you don’t want to, but such small diluted amounts of wine are only for flavour. I don’t think anyone will have to go into rehab after eating it
