If you partially cook any meat, and cannot quick chill the meat, you end up with a layer of meat that is in the "Danger Zone", where bacteria can grow. Your best option is to cook the turkey to 165 internal temp., quickly chill it in the frig. and then transport it. In a case like this, the bird cannot be stuffed because it will not chill fast enough. Reheat the bird in a 325 oven wrapped or sealed so it won't dry out, and bring it to at least 150 internally.

No. It will make you eery sick. Don't take the chance with yours and others health. Just turn it on low now and allow it to cook while you are sleeping. I do this that way, I have a free oven the rest of the day.
